CLAMS
We get these sustainably caught clams within days of harvest and hand-sort and pack them. We add a bit of our house-made brine and can them immediately.
They are completely cooked and perfect for dips, chowders and pasta with clams.
CHOWDERS AND SOUPS
We have five versions of chowder – New England Clam Chowder (condensed and ready-to-serve), Lobster Corn Chowder, Manhattan Clam Chowder, and Clam Corn Chowder. You can add your own milk, water (or clam juice!) for the condensed versions, or heat and eat the ready-to-serve, and have a meal on the table in minutes.
SUSTAINABLY CAUGHT FISH
We source the absolute best in sustainably harvested fish. Our herring, sardines, and salmon come through certified fishing companies, and from accredited ocean beds, monitored and certified by the Marine Stewardship Council.
Juice
This incredibly versatile, simple product can make you a star in the kitchen. Use it to make your own from-scratch soups or chowders, add it to sauces like clam sauce for pasta, or even make cocktails.
Combined with beef broth and our seafood stock, it makes a super immune-boosting broth.
Bisques
You’d probably think that bisque is a yummy, creamy dish that’s a little thicker than soup. And you’d be right! Our bisques are made in our own kitchens and have our homemade broth, vegetables, and herbs along with lobster and crab.
And you can use the bisques in other dishes too, like corn pudding, as an ingredient in the coating for fried tomatoes and as the sauce in Lobster risotto. Let your imagination create something unique today.
