Now THAT’S Seafood Risotto

Who said gourmet dinners are only for those with a Michelin star? Not us! Get ready to impress your taste buds (and anyone who dares to join you at the dinner table) with this quick and easy Seafood Risotto recipe that screams “I’m fancy, but I’ve got places to be!” 🍤✨

### Ingredients:

– 1/2 small onion, minced (not too much drama, just enough flavor)
– 1 pound (2-1/2 cups) short-grain rice (Arborio is best; it’s Italian, so it must be good!)
– 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese (cheesy goodness galore)
– 1 (10.5-ounce) can Bar Harbor® Lobster Bisque (a little extra oomph)
– 1 cup cooked peas (for the color and a hint of healthiness—wink wink)

– 8 oz. fresh or frozen shrimp, coarsely chopped (the pièce de résistance!)


### Instructions:
